1.Pile biscuit packing machine with feeding system consist of main distribution belt, guider belts ,auto feeding system and packing machine. Stacking system are as optional.
2.Main distribution line have various design according to different biscuit type and project demand,such as lateral aligning system, scrapping system with rotary disc, etc.
3.Guider belts connect with the production line .It will make the disordered biscuits in a straight line through several groups belts
4.Auto feeding system consists of 6 belts with 6 servo motors controlled .It can adjust the distance between each biscuit and their running speed automatically ,to make sure feeding accuracy .
5.With air suction device function to avoid biscuit position changing and guarantee biscuits run into the pusher conveyor smoothly .
6.Packing machine provide various functions, such as film auto splicer, auto rejection system, film offset auto detecting&correction system, film tension auto control system, double-lane high speed machine, etc.
