Machine introduction:

This packaging machine is a new generation of automatic flow packaging machine developed by our company on the basis of SC type automatic pillow packaging machine, using advanced multi-servo control technology.

This machine can automatically complete the automatic bag shaping, wrapping, sealing and cutting of cylindrical film rolls. It is suitable for high-speed continuous packaging of single or several pieces of fixed-shaped items.

This machine has high production efficiency, low noise, stable performance, great packaging quality and fine product appearance. It can be equiped with our company's automatic feeding system for full automation line solution.

Machine features:

1. Using one or two servo motor, the control is more precise and realize stepless speed control, which can be dynamically adjusted during operation. Servo-driven mechanism are simple and reliable, making less noice and imporve stability and reduce failure rate.

2. Adopting a large full-colored touch screen HMI which realize the storage and recall of packaging data (recipe), automatic adjustment, tracking, finding the cut point, alarm warning, fault indication, accumulative packaging counting, automatic display of bag length, speed, and accurate cutting.

3. Adopting dual-driver vertical sealing and advanced vertical sealing heating mechanism to allow sealing at low temperature, ensuring that the chance of scalding the film during operation and power-off is minimized, producing fine-looking vertical sealing.

5. According to your needs, a network monitoring interface can be added. Users only need to connect to our company through a program-controlled telephone line to realize distant tuning and parameters setting of the machine.

6. The transmission of the machine adopts a cantilever type for simple structure and daily maintenance. The machine also adopts safety protective covers, overload protection, electric shock protection, alarm warning, fault indications and many other safety functions.
