Edge cookie packaging machine with bullet-loading system
1. The fully automatic feeding and packaging line for edge-baked cookies consists of a cookie stacking machine, a main distribution conveyor, an ascending belt conveyor, a vibrating feeding channel, a bullet-loading system, and an edge-packaging machine. 2. The cookies stacked by the cookie-stacking cart are laid flat. 3. The main distribution conveyor spreads the stacked cookies into individual lanes, after which each lane of cookies is conveyed upward via an ascending belt conveyor. 4. The cookies accumulate in the vibrating feeding channel and then enter the bullet-loading machine. 5. The bullet-loading machine picks up cookies based on different project requirements—either through volumetric measurement or counting—and then feeds them into the input conveyor of the packaging machine. 6. The edge-packaging machine for cookies features multiple speed configurations (up to 250 packages per minute) to meet varying project and capacity demands. 7. The packaging machine offers a variety of functions, including an automatic film splicer, an automatic rejection system, an automatic detection and correction system for film printing, and an automatic film-tension control system. 8. We provide customized packaging solutions tailored to each customer’s needs. This system is capable of handling both regular cookies and cream-filled cookies.
