1. The cookie stacking and packaging machine with a feeding system consists of a main distribution belt, a guiding belt, an automatic feeding system, and the packaging machine itself. The stacking system is optional. 2. Depending on the type of cookies and specific project requirements, the main distribution line offers various designs, such as a lateral alignment system and a reject system equipped with a turntable. 3. The guiding belt is connected to the production line. It ensures that disorganized cookies are aligned into a straight line by passing through several sets of belts. 4. The automatic feeding system is driven by six belts controlled by six servo motors. It can automatically adjust the distance between each cookie and their running speed to guarantee feeding accuracy. 5. Equipped with a vacuum suction device, this system prevents any changes in cookie positioning and ensures smooth entry of cookies into the pusher conveyor. 6. The packaging machine provides a variety of features, including an automatic film splicing machine, an automatic rejection system, an automatic detection and correction system for film offset printing, an automatic film tension control system, and a high-speed dual-lane machine, among others.
