Creamy Cookie/Biscuit Automatic Feeding and Packaging Line

1. This automated line starts with cream-filled cookies/biscuits coming from the cream machine/cooling conveyor and consists of a row-distributing belt conveyor, a side-feed belt conveyor, and a servo-driven feed belt conveyor, which then transfers the products to the packaging machine. An optional feature for automatic transfer to a backup packaging machine is also available, significantly boosting production efficiency and making the entire system smarter.

3. The packaging machine offers a variety of functions, such as an automatic film splicer, an automatic rejection system, an automatic inspection and correction system for offset printing on film, and an automatic film tension control system.
