This packaging machine is a new-generation automatic flow-packaging machine developed by our company based on the SC-type automatic pillow-type packaging machine, utilizing advanced multi-servo control technology.

This machine can automatically perform bagging, packaging, sealing, and cutting of cylindrical film rolls. It is suitable for high-speed continuous packaging of single or a few shaped items.

This machine boasts high production efficiency, low noise levels, stable performance, superior packaging quality, and an exquisite product appearance. It can be equipped with our company’s automatic feeding system, making it suitable for fully automated production line solutions.

Machine features:

1. Using one or two servo motors ensures more precise control, enables stepless speed regulation, and allows dynamic adjustment during operation. The servo drive mechanism is simple and reliable, features low noise, excellent stability, and a low failure rate.

2. Equipped with a large, full-color touch-screen HMI, this system enables storage and retrieval of packaging data (recipes), automatic adjustment, tracking, pinpointing cutting positions, alarm notifications, fault indication, cumulative packaging counts, and automatic display of bag length, speed, and precise cutting accuracy.

3. Utilizing a dual-drive vertical sealing system and an advanced vertical sealing heating mechanism, this design enables sealing at low temperatures, minimizing the risk of scalding the film during operation and power failures, and producing precise vertical seals.

5. Depending on your needs, you can add a network monitoring interface. Users only need to connect to our company via a programmable telephone line to achieve remote tuning and parameter setting of the machine.

6. The machine’s transmission system adopts a cantilever design, featuring a simple structure and easy daily maintenance. The machine is also equipped with various safety features, including a safety guard, overload protection, electric shock protection, alarm alerts, and fault indicators.
