The single cups delivered by the production line are automatically fitted with U-shaped paper trays at the bottom of the cups by a tray-pushing machine. Then, an automatic sorting system distributes the cups according to the required packaging quantity, enabling fully automated packaging along the entire line. Depending on the configuration of the paper trays, the machines are available in single-row and double-row models, capable of automatically packaging 2–5 cups in a single row or 4–10 cups in a double row.
