The machine is equipped with a complete set of electrical components from German Siemens, and its packaging operations are controlled by three or five sets of servo motor mechanisms, ensuring excellent synchronization of feeding, pushing, film conveying, gripping and transporting, as well as sealing and cutting speeds. It also supports intelligent adjustment.
2. It facilitates easy variety changes and enables multi-purpose functionality with a single machine, thereby significantly reducing adjustment time and saving enterprises on investment.
3. The machine’s operating mechanism features an open cantilever structure with synchronous belt drive, boasting a compact design that is easy to maintain and service. This significantly reduces transmission noise, ensuring smoother machine operation.
4. Adjustable large touchscreen panel for convenient operation, enabling storage and retrieval of product technical parameters. When changing product varieties, simply retrieve the corresponding parameters to start packaging.
5. The biscuit feeding conveyor chain features a flexible clamping design that prevents spring clips from breaking the biscuits during operation, thereby maintaining a high yield rate. Additionally, this design eliminates any residual biscuit crumbs, avoiding the buildup of debris that could lead to mold growth and make cleaning particularly difficult.
6. The conveying guide rail features a debris-leakage design to prevent cookie residues from accumulating in the rail gaps, where they would be difficult to clean and could lead to mold growth—thus better meeting food production safety requirements.
7. The vacuum design can remove excess air from the packaging, making the package more compact and dense, thus achieving an ideal packaging effect.
8. The new dual longitudinal sealing heating structure—featuring an innovative longitudinal sealing heating design—ensures excellent sealing performance at lower temperatures during high-speed packaging. When the machine is stopped, the heat-sealing wheel automatically opens, effectively preventing damage to the packaging film.
