Pile Biscuit and On Edge Biscuit Auto Feeding and Packing Line

1.This automatic line start from taking the biscuits after cooling conveyor, consist of main distribution belt conveyors and vibrating channels for pressure control and buffering, some biscuit lanes will be delivered to the to slug loaders then transfer the biscuits to BOE wrapper, and other biscuit lanes will be delivered to lateral pushing system then transfer the biscuits to PILE wrapper. 

2.BOE wrapper and PILE wrapper have several speed and configuration to meet the demand of different capacity. 

3.Packing machine provide various functions, such as film auto splicer, auto rejection system, film offset auto detecting&correction system, film tension auto control system, etc.
