Chips Auto Weighing &Packing Line

1.This automatic line start after potato chips cooling conveyor. Taking the chips after metal detecting belt conveyor,consist of vibrating channels and auto weighing system, auto loading system, and auto packing machine .
2.Tray dispenser auto pick up and feed the plastic tray to fixed position.
3. After auto weighing the chips, each group of chips will be automatically loaded in tray. This is a flexible line, its convenient for customer to choose whether the filled trays going into canister then to cup sealing machine , or going into flow packing machine for flow packing.  
4.Auto loading chips directly into canister is also available. 
5.Packing machine provide various functions, such as film auto splicer, auto rejection system, film offset auto detecting&correction system, film tension auto control system, etc.
