Chips Volumetric Feeding&Packing Line

1.    This automatic line start after potato chips cooling conveyor. Taking the chips after metal detecting belt conveyor, consist of main distribution belt channel conveyors and vibrating channels, deliver the chips to volumetric slug loaders.
2.    Tray dispenser auto pick up and feed the tray onto the conveyor, then slug loader auto load chips into each tray.
3.    The filled trays will go into servo auto feeding belts then go into packing machine to finish packing.  
4.    Packing machine provide various functions, such as film auto splicer, auto rejection system, film offset auto detecting&correction system, film tension auto control system, etc.
