Machine features:

1. The high-speed rotary reciprocating packaging machine features a 304 stainless steel surface treated with sandblasting, matching the surface finish of mainstream European equipment—resulting in a higher-grade appearance that is both elegant and non-glare.

2. The electrical control system of the packaging machinery adopts a motion controller and full-servo drive. The material feeding input section, film feeding system, and horizontal sealing system are each controlled by separate servo motors.

3. The connecting feeder is equipped with high- and low-level detection functions. When the feeder reaches its full capacity during material discharge, the incoming material at the front end should be automatically collected (without causing any damage to the drug plates) and the material supply should be stopped. When the hopper reaches its lower limit, the equipment will automatically shut down after a delay and simultaneously issue an audible and visual alarm.

4. The linking blanking device features both manual and automatic operation modes.

5. The size handle of the material dropping device is adjustable, making it convenient and quick to change products.

6. The discharge device is equipped with a cylinder mechanism. When material blockage occurs, the cylinder can lift the discharge device to facilitate material discharge.

7. The pusher rod features a quick-release design, making it faster and more convenient to replace when the product height varies significantly or the pusher rod is damaged.

8. Install protective guards on the conveyor chain to prevent operators from being scratched by the chain.

9. The packaging machine is equipped with a dual film-hanging system and features an automatic film-joining function, allowing for seamless film changes without stopping the machine.

10. Equipped with a connector detection function for pillow packaging, pillow bags with connectors can be detected and rejected.

11. Automatically sorts out multiple boards and single boards, and automatically replenishes missing boards when they occur.

12. The longitudinal sealing mechanism employs three sets of mechanisms to ensure sealing quality, and pneumatic opening and closing prevents burns to the packaging film.

13. The longitudinal sealing heating roller uses a water circulation system to prevent the medicine plates from being damaged by high temperatures when the machine is stopped.

14. The horizontal sealing mechanism adopts a rotary reciprocating structure, which is more rational in design and enables faster packaging speeds.

15. The control panel adopts a suspended design for more convenient operation.

16. It features a separate electrical control box with excellent sealing, clear labeling, and heat dissipation functionality.

17. The mechanical transmission box features a reasonable layout, a simple structure, clear markings, and ease of maintenance.
