　　Suitable for the rapid packaging of cookies, wafers, and other various regular-shaped, board-like or round items without trays (pans).

　　Performance characteristics:

　　1. The entire machine is welded as a single unit using 16mm-thick steel plates. It is equipped with a servo motor for more precise control, enabling stepless speed regulation and dynamic adjustments during operation.

　　2. Large-color touchscreen design enables packaging data storage and retrieval, automatic adjustment, tracking, pinpointing of cutting points, alarm notifications, fault location alerts, cumulative packaging count, automatic display of paused bag length speed, and precise cutting.

　　3. Photoelectric detection and bidirectional tracking can effectively eliminate packaging errors and prevent material waste.

　　4. The new-style longitudinal sealing heating allows sealing at low temperatures, reducing film scorching during stops and significantly lowering the defect rate.

　　5. The bag length is displayed automatically, ensuring accurate cutting;

　　6. Eliminating the tray from the packaging significantly reduces costs;

　　7. Can be designed for cross-line production, saving space.

　　8. The parts of the equipment that come into contact with materials shall be made of stainless steel SUS304; other parts may be made of non-stainless steel materials, provided that such materials do not contaminate the product and meet generalization and standardization requirements.
