Chip volume feeding and packaging line

1. After the automatic line is started, the potato chip cooling conveyor takes the cuttings from the metal-detector belt conveyor. The cuttings are then conveyed via a main distribution belt conveyor and a vibrating channel to a volumetric loader.
2. The pallet dispenser automatically picks up and feeds pallets onto the conveyor, after which the bullet loader automatically places chips into each pallet.
3. The filled trays will enter the servo-driven automatic feeding belt and then proceed to the packaging machine for final packaging.
4. The packaging machine offers a variety of functions, such as an automatic film splicer, an automatic rejection system, an automatic film-offset detection and correction system, and an automatic film-tension control system.
