Single-wafer automatic feeding and boxing line

1. This automated line starts with the retrieval of wafers from the dicing machine and consists of a main distribution conveyor belt equipped with a scrap-handling system, a servo-driven automatic feeding belt, and a mechanism for transferring individual wafers to the packaging machine.
