This packaging model is a new-generation fully automatic pillow-type packaging machine developed and designed by our company based on our SC-type fully automatic pillow-type packaging machine, incorporating today’s advanced multi-servo control technology. This model of packaging machine can automatically perform the entire process—from automatic formation of tubular film rolls into bags, to bag wrapping, sealing, and cutting—all in one continuous operation. It is ideally suited for high-speed, continuous packaging of single or multiple items with fixed shapes. This packaging machine boasts high production efficiency, low noise levels, stable performance, and aesthetically pleasing product packaging. It can be integrated into production lines equipped with various types of automatic feeding systems provided by our company, or it can operate as a standalone unit.

1. The control and drive core, composed of one or more servo motors, a programmable controller, and a large-color touch-screen LCD display, significantly enhances the machine’s overall control accuracy, speed-regulation range, reliability, and level of intelligence. Parameters such as bag-forming and cutting length, as well as sealing temperature, can now be locked with even greater precision.
2. A single or multiple servo motors drive the packaging machine’s functions of material feeding, film feeding, longitudinal sealing, transverse sealing, and product output, simplifying the mechanical transmission system and ensuring smooth and reliable operation of the packaging machine while significantly reducing mechanical noise and the failure rate of mechanical components.
3. It employs dual-drive longitudinal sealing and advanced longitudinal sealing heating technology, resulting in low longitudinal sealing temperatures that minimize the risk of film burns during both operation and shutdown. Additionally, the seals are tight, with smooth and aesthetically pleasing patterns.
4. Users can set packaging parameters for various products in the control panel. During operation, they simply retrieve the corresponding data from memory and execute it to carry out the packaging process, thereby reducing the skill requirements for operators.
5. Equipped with automatic monitoring functionality, the machine can independently diagnose the causes of malfunctions during operation and provide solutions. As per user requirements, a network monitoring interface can be added. Users only need to connect to our company via a programmable telephone line to achieve remote operation monitoring, fault diagnosis, and data transmission functions.
